Project overview
This project combined two quite different packages under one programme for Modern Bridge Building Contracting: the exterior curtain wall to the villa elevation and the internal kitchen works. Running both with a single team removed the coordination gap that normally appears when facade and interior packages are held by different subcontractors.
The curtain wall element demanded particular attention to sealing and gasket detailing. On a Dubai elevation the weather seal has to cope with intense UV, large daily temperature swings and driven dust, and the cost of getting it wrong is water ingress into the finished interior. The works were completed and handed over on 3 November 2025.
