V CARE maintains property for ART Real Estate on an ongoing basis, covering both planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs across their portfolio. Unlike a fixed-duration project, this is a continuing relationship measured on response time and on how few problems reach the tenant at all.
The work spans the full range of building trades — A/C servicing and condensate drain clearing, electrical and plumbing repairs, joinery and door adjustment, tiling and making good. Handling all of it through one contractor removes the coordination burden from the client and means recurring issues are recognised as patterns rather than treated as unrelated call-outs.
