Project overview
V CARE delivered the external kitchen package at this Majid Al Futtaim villa in Dubai as a specialist subcontractor to Black Tulip Metal Building Construction. External kitchens are unforgiving work: every surface, fixing and joint is exposed to direct sun, summer humidity and wind-blown dust, so material selection and detailing matter far more than they would for an equivalent internal installation.
Our scope ran from design coordination through supply and installation to the final quality checks. Working to the main contractor's programme, we coordinated our setting out against the existing structure and the services already in place, then completed the installation and finishing ahead of the agreed handover date of 10 October 2025.
