What we see most often in Dubai
Post-construction cleaning in Dubai is a different job from routine cleaning, and treating it as the same one causes permanent damage. Cement haze, grout residue and plaster splash left on porcelain, marble or glass will bond hard, and by the time a routine cleaner attacks them with an abrasive pad or a strong acid the surface is already being scratched or etched — marble in particular is acid-sensitive and cannot be recovered without grinding and repolishing. Removing residues correctly while they are fresh, with the right product for each surface, is far cheaper than restoring the finish afterwards. Dust ingress is the other constant: units near active construction load up filters and surfaces far faster than the schedule usually assumes.
